Tigist's Journey:At 22,Tigist Joined our tailoring program with no prior experience. Today, she runs her own successful

tailoring business,employing three other young women from her community "AHYDA didn't just teach me how to sew"she

says.'They taught me how to dream big and1 turn those dreams into reality."Dawit's Transformation:After completing

our electronics repair training,Dawit secured employment at a leading electronics shop in Bahir Dar.He's now saving to

open his own repair center and plans to hire graduates from AHYDA's program.
